Publisher’s Weekly announcement of WHIRBY, FULLY CHARGED

Here are three things I’m thrilled about:

  • My second picture book has just been announced in Publishers Weekly. WHIRBY, FULLY CHARGED is about an eager robot who is so excited about his upcoming bot battle that he refuses to recharge his batteries at night, leading to a major malfunction at school the next day.

  • It will be illustrated by the super talented Jacob Souva, whose inventive style is exactly what’s needed to bring this exciting robotic world alive!

  • I get to continue working with the amazing editorial team at Harper Collins!

As a mom of two young kids, I have had more than my share of sleep deprivation, so I think this will speak to every family going through bedtime battles.
